Pinch Cake 2


Now I will continue sharing the recipes of the pinch cake. Yesterday I had various recipes of cubit pie with mesh topping mesis, let's make it:

Ingredients

  • 250 gr flour

  • 150 gr butter (melted)
  • 1/2 Fermipan tea spoon (dissolve with water)
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 50 gr milk powder white
  • topping: mesis 

Steps

  1. Beat the sugar & eggs until white, turn off the mixer ...
  2. Put the flour, milk powder, stir, while the butter input liquid
  3. Instant yeast input (fermipan) which has been diluted with water
  4. Stir the dough until the liquid flows, if it still thickens, can add water.
  5. Heat a pinch cake mold, margin olive, if it is hot, reduce the heat to the flame of the candle .... Put the dough, give toppings, cover .... Cook 5 minutes, puncture dough with toothpick, if sdh ripe, remove.
  6. Serve while hot
