Pinch Cake WithTopping Cheese


The third pinch cake recipe is a cupt cake with cheese topping. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 ml of liquid milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • Meises to taste
  • Cheddar cheese to taste

Steps


  1. Prepare a bowl / container of size rather large, enter all the ingredients except meises and cheddar cheese, then mix together. For better results, the flour is better sifted first.
  2. After that, stir the dough until smooth and slippery use whisk. If there is still a bergerindil on the dough, please filter.
  3. Pour the dough into preheated mold and smeared with butter beforehand, cook over low heat, then cover the mold.
  4. After half cooked, sprinkle with meises and grated cheese on top, then cook again until cooked. If it is cooked, lift the cake and serve while warm
  5. This pinch cake is so delicious when served in warm conditions.
