Pinch Cake with Kitkat Topping

Ingredients


  • 250 gr of flour
  • 125 ml of water
  • 1/2 pack of fermipan
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Salt of salt
  • 50 g of liquid margarine
  • topping: 100 gr of durian meat, 1 pack of kitkat, 75 gr grated cheese
  • 1 Spoon of margarine for the mold to avoid sticking

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients with whisk until evenly and silence 20 minutes
  2. Heat teflon mold that has been smeared butter not sticky.
  3. Enter the dough until half the mold will expand. Wait half-baked and then give the toppings according to taste.
